This Privacy Policy explains how Richard Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Color Match mobile application ("the App").
We (Richard Studio) do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our own servers. All data generated by your gameplay (such as game scores, rank points, coins, settings preferences, and selected avatar) is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's standard local storage (UserDefaults / AppStorage).
We ourselves do not collect your name, email address, or precise location.
However, the App displays advertising through Google AdMob and processes purchases through Apple. These third parties may collect certain information — including device and advertising identifiers and ad-interaction data — as described in Sections 2 and 3 below.
The App displays advertisements — including interstitial ads and optional rewarded video ads (which you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game coins) — through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google. To deliver, personalize, and measure these ads, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, general device information, and ad-interaction data.
You can review how Google uses this data in the Google Privacy Policy. On iOS, you control ad tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; if you do not allow tracking, you may still see non-personalized ads.
Purchasing Pro (previously "Remove Ads") disables all advertising in the App.
The App also uses Apple's App Store for distribution and in-app purchases. Apple may collect data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy, which you can review at apple.com/privacy. Aside from Google AdMob and Apple, we do not integrate any other analytics or tracking tools.
The App offers optional in-app purchases: a one-time Pro unlock (which removes ads and unlocks additional features and content) and consumable coin packs. All purchases are processed entirely through Apple's StoreKit framework. We do not receive or store any payment information; all transactions are handled directly by Apple.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App shows third-party advertising (Google AdMob), which may use device identifiers, we recommend parental supervision for younger users.
Since all data remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers, the security of your data depends on your device's own security settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Color Match application. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Richard Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

The App offers in-app purchases, including a one-time "Pro" unlock (which removes advertisements and unlocks additional features) and consumable coin packs used within the App. All purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered, except as required by applicable law or Apple's own refund policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Richard Studio does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Richard Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Richard Studio reserves the right to discontinue the App or terminate your access to it at any time, without notice, for any reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
